Description

Work At Home Job Agency is an online community that provides employment assistance allowing job seekers the flexibility to obtain work from home. Find work in a variety of categories ranging from transcription, sales, administrative/virtual assistance, IT/Help desk, customer service, data entry, web development, healthcare, sales, freelance writing, hospitality, and much more. Our goal is to help lower unemployment by connecting those in need of work with those in need of talent.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
As a customer service and chat agent, you will provide customer service, technical support, and helpdesk support. You are required to answer/make inbound/outbound phone calls, respond to emails in a timely matter, and provide online chats support for the company.
  • Management and resolve complaints
  • Routing calls to the appropriate department
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35+ wpm
  • Must demonstrate the ability to make quick and correct decisions under pressure. Critical thinking is key in this fast pace work environment
  • Strong organizational, detail orientation and follow-through skills
  • A quiet work environment
  • Must be flexible
  • Ability to navigate through our websites easily and efficiently
  • English proficiency (including Spelling and Grammar)
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Computer Type: PC compatible (no MACs)
  • Minimum Graphic Resolution: 1024×768 • Sound card with speakers or headset for training audio
  • Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher, Chrome (current version)
  • Anti-virus Software: Must be on current version
Schedule: 2 Shifts available Monday to Saturday
  • Weekends required
  • Morning shift
  •  Evening shift
  • Advancements available

Experience: Entry-Level
Salary: $10-15 HR
Education: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
Traning: 5 days training period provided.
Location: Remote (USA ONLY)
